The work began with the complete removal of existing ones and the structural recovery of interior volumes, including the modification of vertical circulations and the restructuring of living spaces. A specific work was carried out on the staircase, with resumption of the supports, upgrade of the steps and completion of neat finishes on the curved walls and masonry railings.

All the technical networks have been taken over: electricity, lighting, plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, with discreet integration of equipment into ceilings and walls, in accordance with current standards.

The floors have been completely redone throughout the house, including the preparation of supports, the installation of coatings and the precise treatment of thresholds, step noses and junctions between materials.

The walls and ceilings have been the subject of a complete work of preparation and finishing, including decorative coatings, paintings, integration of recessed lighting and implementation of light lines adapted to residential uses.

The water parts have been entirely taken over: creation and sealing of volumes, laying of wall and floor coverings, integration of sanitary equipment and realization of finishing details, with particular attention to durability and ease of maintenance.

The interior joinery, wall cladding and wood elements have been installed in accordance with the execution plans, with particular care given to alignments, cuts and continuity of finishes.
