This site perfectly illustrates the complexity and richness of an integral renovation in a Haussmann building. From the first phases, it was necessary to start with the essentials: complete cleaning, removal of old floors, stripping of networks. We then orchestrated all the technical interventions, from the casting of a new screed with integrated heated floor to the total resumption of the electrical and hydraulic networks.

Alongside the architect, every detail has been designed to combine contemporary comfort and respect for heritage. The original moldings and majestic volumes have been carefully restored, while bold choices of materials have come to enrich the whole: veined marbles with deep shades, brushed brass taps, custom woodwork and integrated lighting.

The apartment now reveals a subtle contrast between classicism and modernity: a bright living room punctuated by its cornices and fireplace, an elegant dining room dominated by a large marble table, and bathrooms transformed into real mineral caskets.

Beyond aesthetics, we have ensured that daily comfort is at the rendezvous: reinforced insulation, smooth circulation, and compliance with all facilities standards.

The result of Projet Marbeuf is a space where the timeless elegance of Haussmann interacts with the current requirements of ergonomics and refinement.
