This typically Parisian apartment had retained its exposed beams and its old charm, but it required a complete renovation to adapt to today’s uses.

Alongside the architect, we orchestrated the entire construction site: demolitions, redistribution of spaces, redesign of volumes and implementation of new finishes. Each step of the Mazarine Project has been thought to find the right balance between authenticity and modernity.

The original beams have been enhanced and now contrast with sleek furniture and contemporary lines. The living room, bathed in light, opens onto a custom library and a renovated fireplace, offering a warm and friendly atmosphere. In the bedroom, soft materials and neat details create an intimate cocoon, designed for everyday comfort.

The kitchen and bathroom, completely redesigned, adopt a sober and refined language: games of mineral textures, brass taps and discreet carpentry bring a timeless stamp.

Our role was to coordinate all the trades, ensure technical monitoring and quality of execution, so that the architectural vision comes to life in every detail.
