Behind each construction site, there is a story. That of Paul Doumer 2 begins with an apartment with high potential, but which had lost its shine. The volumes were there, the openings too... only the soul was missing.

Our mission was to breathe new life into this place, while respecting the architect’s vision and the precise expectations of the owners. From the first blows of the hammer, we knew that this project would be a real work of craftsmanship: creating something new without ever erasing character, bringing personality while maintaining Parisian elegance.

The sculpted arches, which have become the common thread of the project, tell the intention alone: to sublimate the passage, give rhythm, register a strong identity at first sight. The glass roof, for its part, does not simply bring light: it connects spaces, creates dialogue, brings the apartment to life.

Each material has been chosen with care. The brushed brass in the bathroom, discreet and refined, brings a contemporary warmth. The mineral textures and precision finishes give this impression of naturalness... whereas they are the result of precise and coordinated technical work.

At the heart of this project, there was a shared conviction: to ensure that every detail counts. We have accompanied, coordinated, checked, adjusted, until obtaining a result that is faithful to the intentions and fluid to live with on a daily basis.
