Behind the typically Parisian facade, the apartment on Rue de Passy needed a second wind. Here, nothing was to be saved as it was: everything had to be rethought. We started by stripping everything bare, walls, floors, ceilings, to start from a blank page. It is always a strong moment, almost radical: one erases to better rewrite.

And little by little, room after room, the apartment found a new breath. The kitchen has established itself as a real living room, designed to be both elegant and functional. In the bathroom, we worked on light and materials to make it a soothing, almost intimate space, far from the initial austerity.

But what gives all its soul to the project are the details: the wood that warms, the custom-designed storage arrangements, the fluidity of circulation. Nothing was left to chance, and it is this balance between comfort and refinement that today makes the strength of this interior.

This construction site is the story of an apartment that had lost its coherence... and which today finally reflects the art of living.
