The work began with the complete removal of the existing ones, including floors, partitions, technical and sanitary equipment, followed by a global resumption of volumes and circulations. Particular attention has been paid to the conservation and restoration of the characteristic elements of the Haussmanian building, notably the moldings, cornices, interior joinery and proportions of the rooms.

The floors have been completely redone, with the resumption of supports, the installation of parquet in point de Hongrie and the precise treatment of thresholds, baseboards and fittings, to ensure perfect continuity between spaces.

All the technical networks have been taken over: electricity, lighting, plumbing, heating and ventilation. The installations have been integrated in a discreet way, with careful work on the installation of equipment, recessed lighting and technical points.

The walls and ceilings have undergone a complete preparation, including rework of supports, coatings, paints, and restoration of existing decorations. The ceilings have been reworked in order to integrate the lighting while respecting the original lines and heights.

The bathrooms have been entirely recreated, including waterproofing of the works, laying of wall and floor coverings, integration of sanitary equipment and realization of niches and technical details, with a high level of requirement on finishes and durability.

The interior joinery, wall coverings and decorative elements have been installed in accordance with the execution plans, with particular care given to the alignments, the door fittings and the consistency of the finishes throughout the apartment.
