This renovation project focused on the complete transformation of a Parisian apartment, with a complete take-over of the existing one, both structurally and technically.

The work began with a total removal of existing elements, allowing a complete rereading of the volumes and an overall upgrading of the housing. All the electrical and plumbing networks have been completely taken over and brought up to standard, by integrating the new installations of water rooms, kitchen and technical equipment. The supports have been carefully prepared to ensure the durability of the works and the quality of the upcoming finishes.

The floors have been completely redone throughout the entire apartment. A parquet was implemented with particular attention paid to the lines, cuts and joints, particularly in the transition areas and parts with complex geometries. This work required close coordination between the different batches in order to ensure visual consistency and precision of execution.

The bathrooms and sanitary facilities have undergone a specific treatment, including the use of natural stone, mosaics and built-in elements. The works were carried out in compliance with the technical constraints specific to wet rooms, with particular care given to waterproofing, slopes, alignments and integration of sanitary equipment and fittings.

The kitchen is in line with this requirement, with a precise implementation of coatings, plans and technical elements, requiring careful coordination between state bodies to ensure the accuracy of levels, reservations and connections.
