The first Parisian address of Maison Fruttini, the shop in the 6th arrondissement on the left bank, marked the beginning of a singular adventure: that of craftsmanship where fruit becomes an icy work of art.

Our role as general contractor and project manager was to accompany this opening by preserving the brand’s identity while adapting the concept to a more intimate and lively place.

We managed the entire site: from the removal of old facilities to the creation of a new production space visible from the shop. The volumes have been redesigned to streamline the customer journey and enhance the transparency of the artisanal gesture.

Noble materials, natural tones and custom lighting structure a decor that is both soft and contemporary. The atmosphere highlights the raw material, the fruit and extends the promise of authenticity that defines Fruttini.

Fruttini Saint Placide illustrates the continuity of a mastered know-how and a subtle aesthetic, where each detail reflects our common requirement: that of a place at once technical, poetic and faithful to the spirit of the House.
