At 32 avenue Matignon, Stéphanie Le Quellec gave life to a unique place: La Scene, restaurant two stars in the Michelin Guide. More than a table, it is a true gastronomic house where culinary excellence blends with a decor designed as a setting.

Our mission was to accompany this ambitious project by orchestrating each stage of the construction site. From monitoring demolitions to the most delicate finishes, we have coordinated the craftsmen so that each detail is up to the universe imagined by the chef.

The monumental bar in polished brass, the ceilings dressed with mirrors and curved wood, the spectacular play of light, up to the mosaics that adorn the floor: each element required precise execution and rigorous monitoring.

This project represented a challenge as much technical as human, with the constant requirement to combine refinement, comfort and functionality.

Today, La Scène welcomes its guests in an elegant and vibrant setting, just like the cuisine of Stéphanie Le Quellec: demanding, generous and unforgettable.
