After occupying the premises under a different identity, the brasserie La Terrasse 108 has undergone a complete renovation in order to assert a new positioning, more contemporary, while maintaining the friendly spirit typical of large Parisian breweries.

Our mission was to rethink all the spaces, starting from an existing one to transform into a coherent, warm and functional place. The construction site began with a complete resumption of volumes and technical networks: electricity, ventilation, plumbing, as well as specific installations related to the operation of a brewery.

We then worked closely with the design teams to give life to a structured and elegant decor, designed to accommodate customer flows throughout the day. Durable materials, careful finishes, controlled lighting and optimized layout have created an atmosphere that is both authentic and contemporary, at the service of the customer experience.

Our role was to ensure the overall management of the site, the coordination of all state bodies and compliance with deadlines, in a context of planned openness and strong operating constraints.

The brasserie La Terrasse 108 is now a new living space in the 17th arrondissement, where the execution of the project highlights the identity of the place and its renewal.
