From the entrance, the building imposed its character: generous volumes, old moldings, a place steeped in history that had to be reinvented without ever denaturing it. The challenge was clear: to breathe new life into an iconic Parisian address by preserving its soul, while offering it an elegant modernity adapted to the universe of Stéphanie and David Le Quellec.

We started with a complete resumption of the site: demolition, redistribution of spaces, creation of new circulations. Each intervention has been meticulously thought out, because working in such a refined place requires rigor, anticipation and respect for heritage.

With the architect, we have shaped a decor that blends tradition and contemporaneity. The wooden ceilings punctuate the room and bring it warmth, the restored moldings recall the original elegance, while the mirrors and the light effects open the perspectives and magnify the volumes. The carpet in vibrant hues, a bold piece, gives its identity to the whole and accompanies the monumental bar, the beating heart of the place.

Our mission was to orchestrate each step: coordinate the trades, follow the construction day after day and ensure a level of finish in accordance with the requirements of an exceptional house. A constant work of balance between technique and aesthetics, between heritage and innovation.

Today, Vive celebrates the sea with elegance and generosity, in a vibrant setting where architecture sublimates the culinary experience. Each plate pays tribute to the richness of the French coasts and the spirit of conviviality that animates the house. Designed to be shared, the menu invites curiosity, exchange and the joy of a lively table.
