Type of project
Renovation
Date
2023

Paris
After Matignon and the Right Bank, Stéphanie Le Quellec wanted to implement her MAM concept in the heart of the Left Bank, in this lively and gourmet neighborhood that is the rue du Bac. Our role was to accompany this new opening, from the deconstruction phase to the final delivery, by transforming a raw premises into a warm and functional shop.
The challenge was to translate into space the very spirit of MAM: a home kitchen, comforting, to share, in a welcoming setting. We have taken over the entire volumes, technical networks and layouts to create a fluid space, designed for both the kitchen team and the clients.
The decor, designed around simple materials but worked with precision, plays on the balance between tradition and modernity: a colorful terrazzo floor that brings energy and personality, a bright orange tile in nod to the identity of the house, and light wood carpentry that warm the space. Every detail, from the raised ceiling to the backlit display cases, has been carefully coordinated to create a joyful and elegant atmosphere.
Our mission was to orchestrate each stage of the construction site: coordination of state bodies, technical monitoring, demanding finishes. Always with the aim of delivering a place faithful to its identity, where one finds the conviviality of a mom’s kitchen, but thought with the standards of quality and precision of a great Parisian house.
Today, MAM Rue du Bac is in line with the addresses of the chef, like a living and accessible house, where tradition, transmission and greed meet.
