The Micajo project does not concern a single apartment, but the entire building. Several housing units have already been completely renovated, others are still being transformed.

Each apartment required a thorough work: complete removal, resumption of the structure, reinforcement of the floors and upgrading to network standards. Little by little, the volumes are redesigned and find light, with open kitchens, living rooms designed for conviviality and modern and functional bathrooms.

The approach is the same on each floor: keep the soul of the place while bringing comfort and modernity. Oak floors, handmade earthenware, custom joinery and choice of sober but elegant materials come to give a real coherence to the whole.

It is a project that fits into the time, where we follow each phase step by step, with the satisfaction of seeing the building transform apartment after apartment.
