In the 1st district of Paris, we had the pleasure to accompany chef Julien Sebbag in the creation of Micho, his new street-food address with an assumed style.

Behind this project, there was a real background work: complete installation, resumption of networks, implementation of extraction and technical systems essential for continuous service. We have coordinated each trade to ensure precision execution, from the structural work to the most precise finishes.

The heart of the construction site was the construction of the central counter, designed as the structuring element of the place, around which the life of the restaurant is organized. The green benches, woodwork and retro lighting fixtures create a warm atmosphere and a bit out of time, which contrasts with the bubbling energy of the open kitchen.

Our role was also to optimize volumes and circulation, making the place both functional for the team and welcoming for the clients. Even the most discreet details, mirrors, coverings, indirect lighting, have been treated with care to reflect the universe wanted by the chef.

Today, Micho is a lively and generous bistro, where you come to sit down at noon to enjoy soft sandwiches and small seasonal dishes, in a setting that tells a real story.
